In writing, before any money changes hands.
Every Kingsgate intake comes with a guarantee that is written into the agreement before any money changes hands. It says what we will deliver, by when, what counts, and what happens if we fall short. This page is the plain-English version of those terms.
£6,000 of booked jobs in 60 days, or you don't pay.
What counts
A booked job is a carpet cleaning job in your diary that came from the system: the ads, the landing page and the follow-up. The £6,000 is the total value of those jobs over the 60 days.
When the clock starts
The 60 days start when your campaign goes live, not the day you sign. Before launch we build the ads, the landing page, the CRM, lead delivery, follow-up and booking around your business and postcodes.
What you don't pay means
If the booked jobs do not reach £6,000 by day 60, Kingsgate's fee is refunded. Ad spend is paid by you to the ad platform and is separate from the fee.
One carpet cleaner per area
We never run two carpet cleaners against each other in the same postcodes. If your area is taken you go on the waitlist. The carpet intake opens twice a year, festive and spring, and is closed at the moment.
100 exclusive gutter leads in 60 days, or you don't pay.
What counts as a lead
An enquiry from a homeowner in your postcodes that comes through the system: a booking request or price enquiry from the landing page, a Messenger conversation, or a tracked call. It is delivered to you by text and email and to nobody else. The same person enquiring twice inside seven days counts once.
The 7-day check
If no lead has been delivered by the end of day 7 from launch, you can end the agreement in writing within 3 working days and we refund the £500 fee plus your first 7 days of ad spend, up to £140. That is up to £640 back, paid within 14 days. You send us the ad account billing summary for days 1 to 7 so the ad spend part can be checked.
When the clock starts
The 60 days start when your campaign launches, not when you sign. Delays in sending us logos, prices or approvals do not shorten the window.
Who pays for the ads
You do, direct to the ad platform from a card on your own ad account, at a minimum of £20 a day for the 60 days. Kingsgate's £500 fee is the only thing on the line under the guarantee.
What you don't pay means
If fewer than 100 leads have been delivered by day 60, the £500 fee is refunded in full within 14 days of day 60, to the card or account it was paid from.
What keeps it valid
The guarantee stands as long as the campaign runs as agreed: ad spend stays at £20 a day or more every day, the agreed first-clean offer runs unchanged, creative is approved within 3 working days, our access to the ad account and CRM stays in place, no other gutter advertising runs on the same ad account, and the agreement is not cancelled before day 60. Each of these is set out in the agreement you sign.
Questions about the guarantee
Is the guarantee really in writing?
Yes. It is a section of the agreement you sign before paying, with the target, the start date rule, what counts, what voids it and how a refund is paid. You read it before any money changes hands.
What happens on day 60 if the target is missed?
We count together from the CRM, which records every lead and booked job with its date and source. If the target is short and the guarantee has not been voided, the fee is refunded within 14 days to the account it was paid from.
Is ad spend refunded?
Ad spend is paid by you to the ad platform, so it is not part of the day-60 refund. The one exception is the gutter 7-day check, which refunds your first 7 days of ad spend up to £140 alongside the £500 fee if no lead has arrived by day 7.
What is the difference between a lead and a booked job?
A lead is an enquiry: a homeowner asking for a price or a booking. A booked job is that enquiry turned into a job in your diary. The gutter guarantee is measured in leads. The carpet guarantee is measured in booked jobs.
Will the stone and tile and driveway and patio divisions have guarantees?
Yes, each intake will carry one, and the terms will be published before that intake opens. Join the division waitlist and you will see the terms before anyone else.
