How the system will work
It is the same six-part system we run for carpet and gutter cleaners, rebuilt for stone and tile. The ads will be written around the jobs you want most, and the landing page will speak to someone with a floor that needs restoring.
Enquiries will reach you by text and email with name, postcode and number. Follow-up, booking and weekly reporting follow, as on the live divisions.
Why one cleaner per area
We never run two clients against each other in the same patch. Stone and tile jobs can be large, so every enquiry in your postcodes should be yours alone. If your area is taken, we tell you and you wait for it to free up.
When the intake opens
To be announced. We open one division at a time and only once the previous one is working. The waitlist hears first, by email, before the intake goes public. No guarantee terms are published for this division yet.

Yes. Put your company name and email down. We take one cleaner per area, so we check your postcodes when the intake opens and tell you if your patch is taken.
Is Kingsgate already doing this for other trades?
Yes. Carpet cleaners since 2023, with £3m+ of work generated for clients, and gutter cleaners since October 2026. Stone and tile gets the same system, rebuilt for the trade.
