Clients, unscripted

Real clients, in their own words.

Three clients on what happened when the system went live in their area.

“You're just a guy with a video on Facebook.”

Chris· Kingsgate client

What he thought when he signed up. Then the enquiries started at two in the morning.

“Fully booked. I had to reduce the budget.”

Conroy· Kingsgate client

The one problem nobody minds having. Too much work, so the ads got turned down.

“£10,000 a month. Booked, not promised.”

Jay· Kingsgate client

Three to four jobs a day, six days a week. 150 enquiries in his first month, and he's hiring to keep up.

Kingsgate Marketing's gutter cleaning division is a paid-ads lead generation service for UK gutter cleaners. We run Facebook ads in your postcodes and send each enquiry to you alone. One gutter cleaner per area. The guarantee is 100 exclusive gutter leads in 60 days or you don't pay. The intake is open now.

What Kingsgate does for gutter cleaners

Kingsgate builds and runs the path from ad to enquiry for gutter cleaners. Ads run on Facebook in your postcodes. Each enquiry arrives by text and email with name, postcode and number, and it goes to you alone. We take one gutter cleaner per area. The gutter division launched in October 2026 on the same system we built for carpet.

  1. 01

    Ads built for gutter jobs

Facebook ads that only run in the postcodes you cover, pointed at gutter cleaning work.

  2. 02

    A landing page

A page built to turn a click into an enquiry. Not a Facebook form and not your homepage.

  3. 03

    A CRM with lead delivery

Every gutter enquiry lands in a CRM and reaches your phone by text and email the moment it comes in, with name, postcode and number.

  4. 04

    Follow-up automation

Enquiries that go quiet get chased for you, so fewer slip away before you have quoted.

    Weekly reporting

What was spent, what came in and what booked, every week, in plain numbers.

How the gutter guarantee works

The guarantee is 100 exclusive gutter leads in 60 days or you don't pay. An exclusive lead is an enquiry from your postcodes that goes to you and nobody else. It is never shared with another gutter cleaner. The 60 days run from the day your campaign launches.

You cover your own ad budget, and Kingsgate's fee is the only thing on the line. "You don't pay" means that fee is refunded if the 100 exclusive leads are not delivered inside the 60 days. There is also a 7-day check: if no lead has arrived by day 7, you can end the agreement and we refund the £500 fee plus your first 7 days of ad spend, up to £140. The terms are written down before any money changes hands.

The gutter division launched in October 2026, so the track record is short. The one gutter client so far is in the South West, getting 26 enquiries a week at about £5 each.

What gutter cleaning leads cost in practice

These are real client numbers, not a quote. A gutter cleaner in the South West, on the system since October 2026, is getting 26 enquiries a week at about £5 each. Gutter is new, so that is one client, not an average.

On the carpet division, Breeze Cleaning in Bournemouth paid £8.50 an enquiry across £2,168 of ad spend. Cost varies by area and season, and your weekly report shows your own spend and cost per enquiry from week one.

Who this is not for

This is not for gutter cleaners who cannot cover their own ad budget, because you fund the ads and the guarantee covers our fee. It is also not for anyone who will not reply quickly to enquiries. And because we take one gutter cleaner per area, it is not for anyone whose area is already taken. You go on the waitlist instead.

Questions gutter cleaners ask us

What is the 7-day check?

If no lead has been delivered by the end of day 7 from launch, you can end the agreement in writing within 3 working days and we refund the £500 fee plus your first 7 days of ad spend, up to £140. You see it working inside a week or you get up to £640 back. If leads have arrived by day 7, the 60-day guarantee carries on as normal.

What counts as an exclusive gutter lead?

An exclusive gutter lead is an enquiry from someone in your postcodes that is sent to you and nobody else. It is never shared with another gutter cleaner, because we take one gutter cleaner per area. Each lead arrives by text and email with name, postcode and number.

Who pays for the ads?

You cover your own ad budget. The ads run on Facebook in your postcodes. Kingsgate's fee is the only thing on the line under the guarantee: if we do not deliver 100 exclusive gutter leads in 60 days, you don't pay.

How is this different from Checkatrade, Bark or MyBuilder?

Our leads are exclusive. Each enquiry goes to one gutter cleaner, and we take one gutter cleaner per area, so you are not competing with other businesses for the same enquiry. Directories work on their own models, so compare how many businesses receive each lead.

How do gutter leads reach me?

Every enquiry lands in your CRM and reaches you by text and email the moment it comes in, with the customer's name, postcode and phone number. Follow-up automation chases enquiries that go quiet, and booked jobs go into your diary.

Does it work for gutter cleaners yet?

The gutter division launched in October 2026, so it is new. One gutter cleaner in the South West is getting 26 enquiries a week at about £5 each. The system is the one we have run for carpet cleaners since 2023, rebuilt for gutters.

When do the 60 days start?

The 60 days run from the day your campaign launches, not from the day you sign. Before launch we build your ads, landing page, CRM, lead delivery, follow-up and booking. The guarantee terms are written down before any money changes hands.

Do I need a website to use Kingsgate?

No. We build the landing page that the ads send people to, and it is built to turn a click into an enquiry. You do not need to build or change your own website, and it is not a Facebook form or your homepage.

One gutter cleaner per area

100 exclusive gutter leads in 60 days, or you don't pay.

Two intakes a year. This one closes 30 November, ten places, one per area. Once your area is taken it is gone until spring, and so is leaf season. You cover your own ad budget; our fee is the only thing on the line. Check your postcode, then pick a time for a 30-minute call.
