Who we are
Kingsgate Marketing Ltd runs this website. We're a UK marketing agency for cleaning businesses. If you have a question about your data, email kingsgatemarketing@outlook.com.
What the forms collect
The waitlist and contact forms ask for your email address, and optionally your first name, business name and postcode. That's all. We use it to tell you when an intake opens, to check whether your area is free, and to reply if you've asked us something.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and tagged with the division you chose. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone else for marketing.
Our lawful basis
Legitimate interest and, where you've asked to be told about an intake, your consent. You can withdraw that at any time by replying to any email or emailing us directly, and we'll remove you from the list.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we've had no contact with you for two years, whichever is sooner.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't set tracking cookies of its own. If we add analytics later, this page will say so.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kingsgatemarketing@outlook.com and we'll sort it. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
