How it works

From a homeowner's phone to your diary.

We put an advert in front of homeowners in your area. The ones who want the job done ask for a price, their details land on your phone, and the system chases, books and rebooks them. Here is every part of it.

The six parts

One system, built per client.

Ads on their own don't book jobs. Every client gets the whole chain, from the ad to the diary.

01

System build, per niche

Paid ads that only run in the areas you cover, pointed at the jobs you actually want.

02

A landing page

A page built to turn a click into an enquiry. Not a Facebook form, not your homepage.

03

A CRM with lead delivery

Every enquiry lands in a CRM and hits your phone by text and email the moment it comes in.

04

Follow-up automation

Leads that go quiet get chased for you, so fewer slip through the cracks.

05

Booking

Enquiries turn into jobs in the diary. On carpet, 56% of leads book.

06

Weekly reporting

What was spent, what came in, what booked. Every week, in plain numbers.

What it looks like

A text on your phone, then a job in your diary.

This is a client's month. Every booking on it started as an advert on a homeowner's phone, became an enquiry by text, and was booked by the client in a couple of messages.

Step 3

We build the system

Ads, landing page, CRM, lead delivery, follow-up and booking, set up for your business and postcodes.

Step 4

Enquiries come through by text and email. You quote, you book, you do the work.

Step 5

Weekly numbers

Spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, jobs booked. Every week, so nothing is a surprise.

In writing

The guarantee

Every intake carries one. The plain-English terms are on their own page.

What we do
  • Write, film and run the ads, and watch them every day.
  • Build the landing page and the CRM around your business and postcodes.
  • Send every enquiry to your phone by text and email the moment it lands.
  • Chase the leads that go quiet, automatically.
  • Text every customer eleven months on to rebook.
  • Send you the numbers every week: spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, jobs booked.
What you do
  • Fund the ad budget, paid to the ad platform from your own card.
  • Ring or text each lead back, give a price, pick a day.
  • Drag the job to done in the CRM when it's finished, which triggers the review request.
  • Turn up and do the work.

Questions we get asked

Do I need to know anything about Facebook ads?

No. You never touch the ad account. We build the ads, run them, and adjust them. You see the results as enquiries on your phone and as numbers in the weekly report.

How quickly does it start?

A 30-minute onboarding call on day one covers your logo, areas, prices and phone number. The ads are usually live within a few days, and the first enquiries follow within the first week.

What is the CRM?

A simple pipeline on your phone. Every enquiry arrives as a card with the name, postcode, number and what they asked for. You drag it from new to booked to done. Follow-up texts and review requests fire from those moves.

What if I already have a website?

It doesn't matter either way. The ads send people to a landing page we build for the offer, because a page built for one job converts better than a homepage built for everything.

Is there a contract?

Each intake runs for 60 days with the guarantee in writing. What happens after that is agreed with you before the 60 days end.
